7 whole days in Dubai!! Wow, you can enjoy a plethora of activities at this time. While some would still say with the grandeur of Dubai, its less time, it is still enough to enjoy the city and experience its soul if your itinerary is right.
The itinerary of Dubai largely depends on what type of travel you’re undertaking. Whether it is a family trip with kids, a honeymoon or a backpacking venture with a gang of friends. Presenting an itinerary that suits everyone to a great extent. Of course, depending upon the travel, you can still customize it accordingly but overall, this itinerary will be enough to enjoy Dubai like a local. Read on.
A Week in Dubai Itinerary
Day 1:
Bus Tour of Dubai Hop-on-Hop-Off
One of the best ways to begin your week-long tour is to see the best of Dubai attractions and then choose the one you want to spend more time at. It’s a guided tour that allows you to hop on and hop off the tour bus anytime. This means, every time you visit an attraction you’d like to spend more time at, you are free not to hop back on the bus and instead catch it at its designated stop after a while. Some of the best attractions visited will be the mighty Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Dubai fountain, Palm islands, and more.
Dhow Cruise Dinner
Your first day of the week in Dubai itinerary cannot end without a magical night, isn’t it? The dhow dinner cruise is one of the best experiences of the city and is offered in the traditional Arabian Abra boats, now fully renovated for the likes of the tourists. But the charm is still the same. Enjoy the night with your loved ones with Tanura dance show, belly dancing, henna tattoos, and a full course yummylicious dinner. Enjoy the incredible decked up skyline of Dubai while sitting on the silk cushions on the upper deck and spend a delightful three hours before calling it a day.
Day 2:
At the Top Burj Khalifa
Yes, we know you’ve seen them on the bus tour day but these two, most iconic places of the world deserve your time. Enjoy “At the Top” on the 128th floor of Burj Khalifa and experience what the world looks like from that height. It will be one of the most memorable experiences of your life, we promise. It is surreal.
Dubai Mall
Go to Dubai Mall located adjacent to it. One of the biggest mall in the world, this place for sure is going to take the remaining part of your day. While you’ll be mesmerized by the world’s biggest aquarium on the ground floor that extends up to the third, thousands of shops, hundreds of restaurants and so many more attractions will keep you engaged for the rest of the day. Don’t forget to visit Candyland, the world’s biggest candy shop and unleash the candy-loving child in you.
Day 3:
Hot Balloon Ride
When in Dubai you can’t skip experiencing the morning dawn in a hot air balloon ride. Soar up the skies over the calm desert in a hot air balloon and experience the serenity of desert and sky like never before. This is an experience you must include as a part of your 7-day itinerary of Dubai. It’s worth every bit of your time.

Dubai Parks & Resorts
Gear up for the rest of the day to get entertained, enthralled, and ecstatic by the grandeur of Dubai parks and resorts. So many incredible theme parks such as the Motiongate, Bollywood Parks, and LEGOLAND at one place- Dubai parks and resorts. There’s so much to see and do, you’ll be spoilt for choice for sure. But one thing is what we guarantee you, there won’t be a minute for you to sit back.
Day 4:
Palm Jumeirah Islands
Get up, have a heavy breakfast and head on to the Dubai monorail at the Dubai Marina to the pal Jumeirah islands. From the large shopping walkway to the astounding architecture of the brilliant skyscrapers, it’s a dream world. Explore the outstanding Atlantis The Palm resort – one of Dubai’s enthralling landmarks. Spend the hot afternoon of Dubai cooling off at the waters of the Aquaventure Waterpark, enjoying crazy water rides.
Dubai Marina
Enough of the hectic day. Enjoy a peaceful evening at the Dubai Marina waterfront area. From the exemplary yachts that cover the coastline of the Marina to the tall buildings that surround the place offering a feel of a world of dreams, It is a place to sit back and enjoy people watching. From the best of brands, boutique stores and exquisite line of restaurants, your evening for sure is sorted here.
Day 5:
Dubai Frame
Dubai Frame
Start your day with the super enchanting Dubai Frame. The 150-meter tall frame offers astounding views of new and old Dubai. The golden frame stands at a 93-meters wide space. From on top of the bridge, enjoy a view of the Emirates Towers and mighty Burj Khalifa on one side, with the older parts of the city from the other. Overall a mesmerizing experience for sure.
Desert Safari
They say the experience of Dubai is incomplete with enjoying the Dubai desert safari. It’s fun, it is enthralling and everything you want to experience in an adventurous evening. Don’t just enjoy the ride, book your safari from the top tour operators like Rayna tours and enjoy quad biking, falcon photography, evening dinners, and even overnight stay at the desert under the starry blanket.
Day 6:
Dubai Miracle Garden
One of its kind garden in the world, Dubai Miracle Garden is a treat to your sensory organs. Enjoy the enigmatic shapes made by flowering plants all-natural. There’s an airbus, amazing arches, astounding flower arrangements, famous people in flowers and so much more. Don’t forget to take plenty of pictures and experience the natural beauty of flowers at its best-ever.
Dubai Garden Glow
Check out the amazing Dubai Garden Glow, a special theme park open only from November to April every year for you to glimpse natural beauty like never before. Enjoy a fabulous dinosaur park with realistic dino animatronics this year. There’s also a special ice sculpture park along with a beautiful art park made from millions of luminous fabrics, old bottles and CDs and the length spans in yards.
Day 7:
Souqs
Dubai is synonymous to shopping. It is your last day in the city and how can your day end without shopping. But shop from the places that are woven in the culture of the city and not just brands. Shop from the souqs of Dubai. From the world-famous gold souq to the spice souq, perfume souq and the exclusive textile souq; we promise you’ll be spoilt for choice here. These souqs of Dubai are the places to shop till you drop. The vibrancy of the place is infectious and makes it a must-visit.
Al Fahidi District
Near the airport, before you leave, it will be a good idea to explore the history of Dubai. the Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood, Deira and Bur Dubai is a must-visit place to enjoy the old-world charm of Dubai. These are the oldest parts of Dubai and are filled with historical and cultural significance.
